Location: Eden Prairie, MN (in person) What You Will Be Doing: • As a Creative Project Manager, you will provide guidance and support to the Graphics department • Manage the workloads and project plan of the Graphics Design team for a large retail client project • Set milestones, assign tasks, and keep team on schedule • Coordinate work with outside contractors • Oversee organization and implementation of file management systems • Communicate project status regularly to project teams, stakeholders, and leadership • Collaborate with the Creative Director to oversee the design team and manage internal projects Skillsets Required: • Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager or other project management position • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods • Outstanding communication and organizational skills • Proven ability to manage multiple people and projects at once in a cross-functional environment • Passion for creative projects and basic understanding of a wide variety of creative assets • Natural ability to think on your feet; a passion for solving problems • Natural ability to think on your feet; a passion for solving problems • Excellent interpersonal skills (need to interact with all sorts of people and personalities) • Natural ability to think on your feet; a passion for solving problems

Design Model Maker
WhiteBoard Product Solutions, consumer, and medical product development company is looking for a Design Model Maker. This position reports to the Model Shop Manager. We are seeking an individual who has a mechanical aptitude for problem solving, high attention to details and quickly learns new techniques and technologies. We create a diverse range of prototypes from scratch-built proof of concepts to dimensionally accurate and visually stunning prototypes while maintaining tight deadlines
Responsibilities • Fabricate prototypes in materials best suited to meet project requirements using various equipment, including but not limited to the following: vertical milling machine, machine lathe, vacuum forming equipment, molding and casting, welding, and various handheld and table mounted power equipment. • Finish prototypes through detailed sanding, priming, painting and surface texturing techniques • Run software for prototyping equipment such as: 3D printers, CO2 laser, and CNC machines • Develop versatility with all existing model making techniques as well as establishing new processes. • Establish and develop internal relations with the team. Be a team player. • Develop/originate product concepts for WhiteBoard’s New Ventures department. • Problem solving with mechanical solutions. • Keep work areas clean and organized. • The ability to communicate through verbal, written and sketching skills.
