Collaboration with the client early in the project enables us to identify those needs and define the project for success. Expanding on the old adage the form follows function, our process is based on Form Follows Reality™. Function is often one of the most important Realities, but there are other competing realities that impact the success of a product (user needs, ergonomics, aesthetics, cost of goods, manufacturability, merchandisability, R&D budget, etc.)
Our process identifies and ranks the key Realities and uses them to drive the decision making throughout the project. This enables the team to design innovative solutions that meet the needs and requirements of the end user and the client; and the client gets a return on investment as quickly as possible.
