Arctic Cat tasked WhiteBoard to design front and rear cargo boxes for the Alterra ATV. We began the project with a Discovery, Ideation, and Definition to verify the project specifications and define new opportunities to explore. Based on project realities, concepts were created with consideration for manufacturing, user requirements and aesthetics. Proof of concept prototypes enabled us to quickly verify key features and space claim on ATV. Final aesthetics were driven by the prototype, manufacturing realities, user requirements, and integration with the ATV. Parts were optimized in collaboration with the selected manufacture and released for production.
