NorthGreen identified an opportunity to evaluate the current collection system and refine them based on observational research findings.  The current collection system were timely to install and weren’t holding up to the environmental needs.  The team also took this opportunity to refine how users interact with the collection system.  WhiteBoard Design and Engineering collaborated, first focusing on the installation process, materials, and collection performance/safety.  After validating the functionality, the team then reevaluated the manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly resulting in a premium product that cut installation time by 70 percent.
